Business Travel Consultant

Business travel consultants  - Homeworker Required for an expanding global business travel company. They are looking for a experienced Business Travel Consultant with strong Galileo and manual ticket re-issue experience to join the team. Working 37.5 hours, between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday, 1 in 5 weekends, with days off during the week. Paying up to £34K + benefits.

Business travel consultants - duties:

• Dealing with a range of clients a lot of UK based travel.
• Booking flights, car hire, rail and hotels using Galileo.
• Problem solving, making amendments, dates changes, re-issues etc.

Business Travel Consultant - Skills required:

• Strong business Travel consultant experience
• Great Galileo knowledge is essential.
• Experience with reissuing manual tickets is essential
• Outstanding Customer Service skills

Additional Information:

• Home based
• Working hours between - 07.00am and 7pm, 37.5 Hours per week
• 1 in 5 weekends, same hours as the above, 2 days off during the week. 
• Training - 5 weeks training, week 1 and 3 in the office  - Paid for
• 25 days holiday
