Wonderful opportunity to join this successful, award-winning, tour operator as a homeworking Luxury Worldwide Tailor-Made Travel Consultant . You will be using your specialist long haul travel knowledge to book Worldwide tailor-made and touring holidays to Worldwide destinations .  You will be an experienced Tailor-Made Travel Consultant, with experience building packages using DMC's products and flights to build complex itineraries with experience of selling Worldwide travel covering Asia, Australasia, Africa, Japan & China.   This is a fully home-based role, offering a basic salary £28,000- £30,000 with lucrative monthly commission uncapped,  and the opportunity to travel on Worldwide fam trips! 

Worldwide Tailor-Made Travel Consultant - Role & Responsibilities:

• Booking Luxury Worldwide complex tailor made and touring holidays for clients over the phone using destination management companies to package the products 
• Respond in an efficient and timely manner to incoming sales calls
• Provide customers with a personalised service, suggesting suitable itineraries and product to match their requirements  
• Be pro-active in using your specialist knowledge to support conversion of enquiries into sales on the first enquiry.
• Work closely with DMC's and build itineraries and touring products 
• Work towards sales targets
• Provide an exceptional service to all customers

Worldwide Tailor-Made Travel Consultant - Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven expertise in a Worldwide tailor-made travel role  
• In depth knowledge of Worldwide destinations and products through own travelling and / or of selling holidays and confident building complex multisector travel itineraries 
• Confident working with DMC's and packaging products 
• Experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine desire to exceed customers’ expectations.
• Experience of working with a variety of travel systems 
• Ability to manage workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to start on either 19th or 26th May 

Worldwide Tailor-Made Travel Consultant - Additional Information:

• Basic salary of £28,000- £30,000 plus uncapped commission
• Fully homebased – all equipment provided.
• Working between 9am-7pm (small shift pattern) and approx. 1 in 3 weekends
