Business travel customer service coordinator - Required for this global TMC. They are looking for a senior business travel consultant with sabre looking to do something different. You will be investigating client problems, investigating and resolving to the companies and clients satisfaction. Homebased, salary up to 38k plus bonus and benefits
Business travel customer service coordinator duties
-Handling customer inquiries and complaints, investigating and resolving to the clients and companies satisfaction
-Work closely with service delivery leads to ensure issues are closed in a timely manner. Issues around flights, problem with hotels, transfers, car hire etc etc
-Liaise internally with business travel consultants, management team as well as Vendors, airlines,hotels etc
-Provide recommendations for training

-Senior business travel consultant experience with sabre knowledge
-Excellent verbal and written skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Strong attention to detail
