Passenger Service Agent:
This is a great role working for a well established, expanding airline based at Heathrow airport. Looking for an extremely customer service focused candidate to look after the checking in of passengers. Salary up to £33k plus benefits.
Passenger Service Agent Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet passengers including VIP's
- Check-in passengers and make sure security compliance is adhered to
- Book and amend itineraries
- Flight preparation and seat planning
- Lost and found enquiries inc baggage services
Passenger Service Agent Skills Required:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer literate and able to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work within a time pressured environment
- Able to speak Japanese would be advantageous but not essential
