Sales Management/Team leader experience within another tour operator or luxury long-haul travel company is a must, salary circa 45k, great uncapped team bonus plus great benefits. Sales Manager, Europe, North Africa and Arabia Responsibilities:
-Hybrid, looking after an experience luxury sales team or 5 people, hands off, helping the team achieve sales targets through mentoring, training, regular 1-2-1s etc
-Cultivate a collaborative and competitive environment where everyone thrives Recognise and reward top performers
-Implement innovative incentives and team building activities
-Continuous training, learning and development
-Help organise regular fam trips
Sales Managers Experience Required:
-Sales management/Team leader experience in the travel industry, has to be within luxury travel or a tour operator
-Able to work on a hybrid basis 4 days a week a central London office
-Proven experience of working with a team and increasing sales
Additional information
-Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
