Luxury Travel Consultant

Luxury Travel Consultant - Required for this successful, established Tour Operator, who are expanding their sales team. They are looking for experienced luxury travel consultants, to join their expanding team, booking multi sector, tailor made travel for clients over the phone, whilst offering a professional and personalised service to their clients . They will pay a basic salary of £25,000 plus uncapped bonus, along with other company benefits and will be working a variety of shifts Mon-Sun 9am-7pm including 1 in 3 weekends  (37.5hrs per week/5 days per week). This role is homebased although training will require 1 week’s office based and the remainder will be remote training.

Luxury Travel Consultants, Responsibilities:
Booking Worldwide tailor-made travel for clients over the phone using variety of products and upselling on additional services  
Offering advice on the available products and destinations and keeping up to date with new travel destinations
Working to personal and company sales targets and building a pipeline of repeat clients
Offering a high level of service to clients

Luxury Travel Consultant, Skills Required:
Travel industry reservations experience from a travel agency or tour operator selling a wide variety of Worldwide and European destinations
Excellent sales experience and confident working to both personal and team targets
Excellent customer service skills, having worked within a client-based role offering a high level of service
A passion for travel and well-travelled
Must be available to start on 19th or 26th May
