Italian Speaking Operations Executive

Are you passionate about travel, highly organised, and fluent in Italian. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional travel experiences across Italy. You’ll oversee the logistics, supplier relationships and on the ground coordination that ensure every trip runs smoothly, safely and to the highest standard. Attention to detail is fundamental to provide a smooth delivery of every trip and a high standard of customer support.

Italian Speaking Operations Executive Role and Responsibilities
 

  • Maintain supplier relationships with hotels, ski schools, ski hire, overseas coach companies, Après Ski suppliers, and Reps during peak weeks, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Addressing and resolving issues that arise during trips in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organisation, delivery, and development of the Ski Inspection Programme for Party Leaders.
  • Supplier rate, benefit and contract negotiation, including payment plan.
  • Expected to be Italy based for 2 weeks in mid-December, and 2 to 3 weeks in February, and again at Easter.


Italian Speaking Operations Executive Skills and Experience Required
 

  • Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written), with excellent communication skills across cultures and professional settings.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple itineraries, partners, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Rigorous proactive approach aiming to foresee problems before they arise.
  • Experience in Ski travel particularly in roles involving logistics or group travel.


Italian Speaking Operations Executive Key Benefits
 

  • Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience
