Corporate Travel Team Leader - Pharma Team: We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Team Leader to lead this new team working with Pharmaceutical accounts, using Native Sabre from a TMC background to work within a well-established UK travel management team. Remote based, paying £50-53K

Corporate Travel Team Leader - Pharma Team, Responsibilities: 

• Lead and support a globally dispersed team with daily line and performance management
• Ensure all team members consistently follow processes and standards operating procedures
• To act as the primary point of contact for both client and internal escalations
• Conduct regular team and individual one to one meetings
• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for Healthcare professionals inline with industry regulations

• Varied role that requires a Team Lead with strong leadership skills who can influence, mentor and guide a team 
• Previous background within a TMC as a Team Leader or Supervisor, working experience specifically on Pharma Accounts required
• Native Sabre experience, with an understanding of re-issues, exchanges and changes. 
• Strong understanding of corporate and Pharma travel policy and compliance
• Detail-driven, organised and process-focused
• A collaborative team player with a strong client service mindset

Additional Information:

• £50,000–£53,000 salary (DOE)
• Remote based role
