Business Development Manager – North West & Midlands  £35k  + Quarterly Bonus  + Car Allowance. An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join an award winning, travel company to promote their product in the trade across the Northwest of England and Midlands,

Business Development Manager – North West & Midlands , Responsibilities:

• Strengthen partnerships by supporting existing travel agent relationships to boost brand loyalty and grow regional presence.
• Create and apply tailored engagement plans based on each partner’s potential and needs.
• Encourage collaboration through bookings, training sessions, incentives, and joint marketing efforts.
• Maintain regular contact through in-person visits, video calls, phone check-ins, and industry events.
• Find and bring on new partners, including niche agencies and travel groups.
• Build strong connections with industry networks and consortiums to expand sales opportunities..
• Collaborate with other BDMs to share insights and align on national sales efforts.
• Offer useful market feedback to help shape product direction and pricing decisions

Business Development Manager – North West & Midlands , Skills and Experience required:

• Successful background in growing sales, managing clients, or building business in the travel industry
• Good at building relationships and a proven track record in Business Development
• Motivated by targets and confident in finding and following up on new leads.
• Great at speaking clearly, giving presentations, and meeting new people.
• Comfortable managing budgets and checking if activities are worth the cost.
• Very organised, driven, and able to work well on your own.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence
