As they continue to expand, they are now seeking an experienced and driven Sales Director to lead their sales team and accelerate revenue growth across key markets.


About the Role
As Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales organization focused on delivering consistent results. You will define sales strategy, develop talent, and guide the team through complex sales cycles within the travel and tourism ecosystem.

This role is suited to a commercially focused leader who combines strong people management skills with a clear focus on performance and growth.

Sales Director Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of sales development and account management professionals.
  • Set clear performance targets and monitor individual and team results.
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to ensure revenue visibility.
  • Support the team in managing enterprise-level opportunities and long-term partnerships.
  • Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align lead generation and sales execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Sales Director Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within travel, hospitality, or technology-driven industries.
  • Strong track record of managing revenue targets and performance-focused teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex and long-term sales negotiations.
