Accounts Payable Manager

We’re recruiting an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the full AP function for a well established business. If you're organised, detail focused, and confident managing invoices, supplier relationships, and payment cycles, this role could be a great next step. This role will be hybrid in the Manchester area and offers a salary up to £33,000 dependent on experience.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Process and authorise supplier invoices
• Maintain accurate VAT treatment
• Supplier account setup and statement reconciliations
• Manage intercompany invoices
• Handle supplier queries and run payment cycles
• Process staff expenses and company credit card reconciliations
• Support month end reporting

Experience Required

• Strong accounts payable experience
• Experience with PO systems (advantageous)
• Good Excel and MS Office skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication
• Ability to prioritise and work independently
