Operations Manager
As Operations Manager you will oversee the day to day functioning of all travel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery for luxury clients. The role covers itinerary execution, supplier coordination, quality control, client servicing, and operational efficiency across global destinations.

Operations Manager Role and Responsibilities

  • Supervise booking processes from inquiry to confirmation
  • Monitor ongoing trips to address and resolve any issues in real-time
  • Train team members on new products
  • Ensure accuracy of reservations, payment schedules, and client documentation
  • Use post-trip client feedback to refine and improve operations


Operations Manager Skills and Experience Required

  • Five years proven experience in travel, operations preferred
  • Experience managing international travel logistics
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Proven experience in managing a team
