3 Month Temporary Role working for this successful specialist tour operator responsible for supporting the delivery of hiring outcomes by proactively sourcing, engaging and screening talent.
Talent Partner, Responsibilities
- Proactively source, identify, and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Job boards, referrals and creative search techniques
- Support and manage end-to-end recruitment activity, from role briefing through to offer stage
- Conduct candidate screening and assessment
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Talent Partner, Skills Required
- Inhouse recruitment experience
- Experience in recruitment, with exposure to full-cycle hiring
- Demonstrable experience in proactively souring candidates (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct outreach)
Additional Information
- Hybrid with the offices in central London
- Paying up to £20p/h depending on experience
- Working Mon - Fri
