Ticketing Consultant

Ticketing Consultant: We currently have a new opportunity working for an established and growing Travel company based in the Manchester area .  This role will be supporting with a wide variety of fares and ticketing functions and will be working Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm with occasional Saturdays and can be fully office based or hybrid . This role offers a salary between £25,000-30,000 dependent on experience, along with other company benefits.  

As a  ticketing consultant you will:

• Work in a fast paced ticketing team ideally using Amadeus but may consider experience using Galileo 
• Issue schedule airline tickets in a GDS
• Organise reissues and refunds and deal with changes too.
• Build relationships with airline partners 

The successful ticketing consultant will have :

• Excellent Ticketing experience ideally on Amadeus but may consider Galileo 
• Have experience of working either in a flights reservations department ,corporate travel , airline reservations or leisure travel 
• Excellent fares and ticketing knowledge with the ability to deal with ticketing issues, reissues and amendments and changes 
• Ability to work within a fast paced role , with excellent attention to detail

• Hours are 9am-5.30pm , Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays shifts
