Business travel consultant - Out of hours

Business travel consultant -Out of hours required to work for this global TMC. You will be working 4 on 4 off through the night, roughly 10pm to 9am, shorter shifts on Friday and Saturday. Salary around £37,000 plus great benefits. Business travel experience is a must, strong GDS knowledge, ideally knowledge of 2 off the following Galileo, sabre and Amadeus

Business travel consultants duties
-Dealing with an array of high profile clients booking worldwide business travel arrangements using all 3 major GDSs including flights, car hire, rail and hotels
-Dealing with out of hours emergencies, cancel and missed flights, natural disasters, hotel issues, date changes etc etc
-Flight reissues and refunds
-Visa advise and issues

Business travel consultants skills required
-Business travel consultant experience is a must at a high level
-Multi GDS knowledge would be a major advantage
-Strong airfares knowledge
-Happy to work on a 4 on 4 off rota
