Join one of the UK’s leading adventure travel specialists at an exciting time of growth! We’re looking for an experienced Travel Specialist who is passionate about creating unforgettable journeys and providing expert advice across a wide range of worldwide destinations. Competitive salary: £26k–£30k basic, OTE £35k+ uncapped, flexible hybrid working: 1–2 days per week in the office, or fully remote for experienced candidates (with occasional office visits). Travel Specialist – Role & Responsibilities:

  • Use your specialist knowledge to advise customers on tailor-made holidays to incredible worldwide destinations.
  • Sell with confidence, achieving monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers to source innovative, appealing product to form basis of adventure trips.
  • Contribute to the development of adventure travel products, enhancing appeal to a broad customer base.
  • Play a key role in growing the customer database, bringing fresh ideas to engage new audiences.

Travel Specialist – Skills & Experience Required:

  • Passion for travel, with strong worldwide destination knowledge professionally and gained from own travel experience.
  • Experience working as a Travel specialist / Travel Consultant with proven sales success, working towards and achieving targets and putting together tailor-made adventure trips to appeal to the family market.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a proactive and motivated approach.  
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, to engage customers effectively.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritise workloads in a dynamic sales environment.

Travel Specialist – Key Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £26k–£30k basic, OTE £35k+ uncapped.
  • Flexible hybrid working: 1–2 days per week in the office, or fully remote for experienced candidates (with occasional visits to the office)
  • Monday to Friday 9 to 6, Saturday mornings jan to march only on a rota basis (approx 3 Saturday mornings worked per year!)
