Senior Business Development Manager, Business Travel Sector, £60-65k + uncapped commission, London hybrid. We are delighted to be working in partnership with an award-winning Travel Management Company (TMC) to source a Senior Business Development Managers responsible for targeting cross-sector clients across Europe with travel spend of £2m+. Minimum 1 day a week in London with occasional travel to visit clients, attend meetings or industry events.  

Senior Business Development Manager Responsibilities

You will be responsible for all aspect of the sales process from generating leads and identifying new potential partnerships, building a health sales pipeline of potential new business, managing the RFP process, writing proposals alongside the bid managers, making client presentations and closing the deals. This will involve networking at events, cold calling, travel to visit clients as well as conducting these online. 

Senior Business Development Manager Skills Required
 

  • A proven successful track record in sales gained in the corporate travel / TMC industry
  • Experience managing RFP's
  • Experience winning business from clients with travel spend of greater than £2m+
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen 
  • Highly self-motivate and driven 


Senior Business Development Manager Additional Details 

A basic salary of £60,000 - £65,000 depending on experience plus an uncapped bonus potential, private healthcare and hybrid working with minimum expectation of 1 days a week in the London offices.
