Global Head of Sales, City Tours, Remote (Europe), Up to £90k + 20% Bonus. A superb opportunity to join this global business that offer unique city tours, access to attractions and experiences across major cities. 

Reporting directly to the board, you will provide leadership to a small team of sales and account managers and tasked with driving global revenues through trade partners such as Online Travel Agencies (OTA's) and travel wholesalers. 

The role can be fully remote from anywhere across Europe with some travel expected to attend major travel events (such as WTM and ITB), host client engagements and meet with key partners.  

Global Head of Sales Responsibilities  
 

  • Provide leadership and development to the team, ensuring a collaborative approach to optimising sales and profitability. 
  • Ensure multi-level relationships and developed and leveraged with key distribution partners. 
  • Continually develop the online distribution strategy and seek opportunities for growth. 
  • Work with partners on product role outs, marketing initiatives and merchandising to ensure they are receiving maximum customer exposure.
  • Ensure distributors have accurate and up to date information on content, itineraries, pricing and selling points. 
  • Analysis data and conduct periodic reviews with partners to identify mutually beneficial commercial opportunities. 


Global Head of Sales Skills Required 
 

  • Extensive B2B sales experience with a track record of driving product distribution through online travel agencies. 
  • Strategic experience driving revenue across multiple international markets (especially US and Europe)
  • A track record of leading and developing small, preferably remote teams. 
  • Commercially astute with strong grasp of financials.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills. 
  • Fluent English language (written and spoken). Additional European languages would be an advantage but not essential. 
  • Flexibility to travel 


Additional Details  
 

  • A basic salary in the region of £70,000 - £90,000 depending on experience.
  • Bonus up to 20%
