Venue Find Specialist: Currently seeking an experienced Venue Finder to work on a mix of accounts within this well establish business travel company, either homebased or Hybrid with London office, Paying up to £30K.

Venue Find Specialist, Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new and existing venues and be a trusted advisor to the clients
  • To provide the highest level of personal venue finding service to key clients
  • To ensure maximum revenue generation in all areas whilst always ensuring significant return on investment to the client.
  • To undertake face-2 face meeting with clients as and when required
  • Contacting suitable venues by telephone or email to check availability for all required facilities
  • Negotiate rates, terms and conditions with the venue on the clients behalf to achieve the best rates and commission where applicable. 


Venue Find Specialist, Skills Required: 

  • Previous experience in a venue sourcing experience both nationally and internationally in meetings, events and group accommodation.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and venue find software (Cvent)
  • Excellent communication skills, dealing with both client and suppliers
  • Organised and an excellent problem solver. 


Additional Information:

  • Paying up to £30K
  • Homebased or Hybrid role with office in London
  • Working Mon - Fri 
  • Private Health care
