Sales team leader

Sales Team Leader required by an Award-Winning, Experiential Tour Operator. You will lead a small team of Asia/Japan Specialist Travel Consultants  , mentoring and driving them to success. Hap[py with homebased if you work for a similar luxury travel company. Salary 30/37k  plus great bonus and benefits

Sales Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Manage enquiries and distribute to the team
• Plan and carry out training to the team an coach and mentor them on an ongoing basis
• Motivate and Inspire the team to be successful in their roles
• Provide support and knowledge to clients
• Be part of the recruitment process when required

Sales Team Leader Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Sales, as a team leader, sales supervisor for a luxury tour operator
• First-hand extensive knowledge of South East Asia and/or Japan
• People Management experience
