Reservations and ticketing agent

Reservations and ticketing agent - Mandarin speaking Required for this global airline. The role is office based in the city, paying 29k plus benefits. they are looking for travel industry reaeration's experience, ideally Amadeus knowledge, but they will cross train from another GDS, fluent Mandarin is a must, both spoken to written as well as fluent English. 

Reservations and ticketing's duties
-Taking reservations calls from both direct passengers and trade partners
-Generating airline bookings, changes, ancillaries, etc. and issuing/reissuing tickets/EMD’s (auto & manual fare-build)
-Processing invoices and payments of airline tickets, whilst adhering to strict airline and company reporting guidelines
-Daily & monthly airline sales reports and reconciliation
-Providing excellent customer service both on the telephone and face-to-face
-Dealing with ticket reissues, upgrades, reroutes, lost tickets etc. both over the phone and face-to-face
-Group bookings and tour operator allocations, including issuing of contractual terms & conditions in conformance to individual airline protocols 

Reservations and ticketing's agents skills required
-Fluent Mandarin both spoken and written is a must
-Fluent English is a must
-2 years travel industry reservations experience, ideally for an airline using amadeus
-Able to work in an office Monday to Friday in the city
