Cycling Travel Sales Consultant

Cycling Travel Sales Consultant required by a Specialist Cycling Holiday company who send cyclists of all abilities on adventures around the world. To qualify for this role you will have a passion for cycling and experience working in a sales and service role, preferably from the travel industry, but not essential. Basic salary 22K-24K plus commission. Office-based Monday to Thursday and work from home on Fridays. 9am-5.30pm.

Cycling Travel Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

• Deal with warm customer enquiries on the telephone
• Build rapport and identify what the customers wants to experience on their trip
• Advise customers on the destinations, accommodation, rides, bikes, additional excursions, building the perfect trip for them.
• Liaise with venues, bike suppliers, travel companies
• Work to achieve KPI's
• Endeavour to maintain a good level of destination knowledge
• Aim to always offer the very best service

Cycling Travel Sales Consultant Requirements:

• Sales experience essential
• Passion for Cycling essential
• Passion for Travel essential

Cycling Travel Sales Consultant Additional Info:
