A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager - Aviation Industry to join an established Aircraft Charter company that specializes in the UHNW market, offering light jets, VIP airliners, and helicopters.

This exciting new position is part of a newly formed UK Sales team and offers the potential for career progression, with the opportunity to move into a Head of Sales role for top-performing candidates.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential UHNW clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on aircraft types, routing, and logistics.
  • Develop your client portfolio by proactively making outbound sales calls to prospective new UHNW clients.
  • Ensure that client expectations are consistently exceeded by being available 24/7 to handle inquiries and accommodate last-minute changes or requests.

Business Development Manager Requirements:

  • Previous experience selling to UHNW clients.
  • A background in private jet charter brokering or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the private aviation industry, including aircraft types and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience in building rapport with luxury clientele.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, productive nature and a strong sales-driven mindset

Business Development Manager Additional Information:

  • Salary: £45,000 -£55,000 base salary, with excellent commission at 12.5% on bookings.
  • Fully remote position with travel to the office in London, once a month
