Remote Travel Consultant

Salary: £25,000-£40,000 (dependent on experience) + performance bonuses
Our client, a leader in luxury concierge travel, specialises in creating bespoke itineraries with first-class and business-class flights, premium accommodations, and tailored experiences. They are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join their remote team full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients, understanding their preferences to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage bookings (flights, accommodations, ground transport) via Sabre or Amadeus.
• Provide creative solutions for unique travel needs (Awards Bookings, Hidden City strategies).
• Handle modifications, cancellations, and last-minute changes with efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors to secure premium rates and services.
• Support team members and maintain organized internal systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the travel industry.
• Proficiency in Sabre and/or Amadeus (essential).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Awards Bookings is a plus.
