Retail Travel Consultant Role and Responsibilities

• Promote offers using social media to generate customer engagement.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve both team and individual sales targets.
• Assist with the general operation of the branch.

Retail Travel Consultant Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum of one year in a travel agency.
• Excellent communication skills to help customers select the right holiday.
• Strong worldwide destination knowledge.
• Customer focussed.
• Competent IT skills.

Retail Travel Consultant Additional Information

• Salary circa £24,000
• Discounted staff holidays.
• The opportunity to travel on educational trips.
