Senior guest services executive - Required for this luxury cruise company based in South West London. They are looking for an experience customer relations person from the travel industry, hybrid, salary around £30,000 plus benefits and bonus
Senior guest services executives duties
-Maintain the highest level of personal written communications for pre and post travel correspondence and corporate communications.
-Investigate and resolve all complaints in accordance with company processes and industry guidelines, in a timely and fair manner, to achieve the best possible outcome for both guest and business.
-Allocate compensation based on company standards, in conjunction with the Deputy Guest Services
-Deputise for the Deputy Guest Services Manager when appropriate
-Answer guest calls and action them according to company standards
-Deal with escalated guest enquiries or complaints from other departments and members of the Guest Services team.
Senior guest services executives skills required
- Previous experience in responding to guests by letter
-3 years’ experience of working in the travel industry.
-12 month’s experience of dealing with and resolving complaints and involvement in the decision making processing for awarding compensation.
-Experience and knowledge of ABTA guidelines and arbitration processes.
-Good understanding of Package Travel Regulations.
-Experience of managing and exceeding guest expectations.
