Entertainment Business Travel Consultant

Entertainment Business Travel Consultant   Required for this global TMC who focus on Music & Production travel. The role is hybrid in their Central London office and they are looking for a business travel consultant who has experience with a GDS, ideally Galileo but they will crosstrain. Paying up to £38k plus benefits. 

Business Travel Consultant Duties

• Answering calls, whatsapp messages and emails from clients in a polite, efficient, and professional manner
• Working in a fast paced environment with Entertainment and Music clients 
• Sourcing the best and most cost-effective worldwide routes booking all flights, rail, hotel and all ground product using Galileo

Business Travel Consultant  - Skills Required:

• Previous business travel experience ideally with entertainment accounts
• Knowledgeable on Galileo or another GDS system
• Good geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines
• Comfortable working, communicating and replying quickly over WhatsApp/Email
• Able to speak directly to artists and liaise with promotors/tour managers

Additional information

• Working Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm
• Paying up to £38,000  DOE
