Business Travel Consultant

Business Travel Consultant – Exciting new opportunity to join a Global Travel Management Company arranging travel and logistics for prestigious clients in the Entertainment/Music industry. We are looking for experienced Business Travel Consultant that has experience dealing clients in the entertainment sector. Salary between £30,000 and £38,000 dependent upon experience.

Business Travel consultant/ Travel consultant duties:

• Booking complex worldwide travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car hire, rail for Music dedicated clients and groups
• Changing and amending trips, issuing and reissuing tickets, and problem solving
• Giving first class service to every client and building rapport with tour managers or travel managers

Business Travel consultant / Travel consultant - skills required

• Strong business travel or corporate travel or music touring travel experience
• Strong knowledge of Galileo
• Ticketing and reissuing experience
• Knowledge of group travel on a GDS would be an advantage, 
• Exceptional service and the ability to build strong bonds with your clients
• Flexibility on hours of work

Business travel consultant other info:

• Working between 0830-1830 on a small shift pattern working either 8.30am-4.30pm, 9.30am-5.30pm or 10.30am-6.30pm Please note flexibility is needed for this position due to the nature of the clients you are dealing with.
