Travel Consultant – Exploration Cruising. This exciting new sales position is with an ambitious specialist travel company who have a dedicated focus on the continually-growing, experiential cruise market. They are looking for an individual who has a passion for cruise product; ideally with a comprehensive product knowledge-base, from Luxurious Ocean Voyages to Explorations to the Polar Regions to more Specialist Bespoke Journeys.

*Fully remote working may be offered for experienced candidates with wide knowledge of all of the above – especially the exploration cruise market*

Basic Salary 31K-36K doe plus a lucrative commission structure and enviable benefits and familiarisation trips

Travel Consultant – Exploration Cruising, Responsibilities:

• Build and manage your own portfolio of clients
• Create bespoke cruise itineraries with premium, personalised enhancements
• Guide clients through the full booking journey from start to finish
• Deliver exceptional service that drives loyalty and repeat travel
• Promote exclusive benefits and client events
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and destinations

Travel Consultant – Exploration Cruising, Experience and Skills:

• Experience selling cruise product
• Thorough knowledge of diverse cruise product
• Strong listener and ability to transform ideas into a dream tailormade experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Commercial thinker and high level of sales drive

Travel Consultant – Exploration Cruising, Additional Information:

• Salary 33K-36K plus commission
• Hybrid working (2 days in the London Office, 3 from home) or Fully Remote for highly experienced candidates who are located outside of London
