- Forecasting and commercial analysis
- Designing organisational structures
- Creating the product and technology roadmap
- Project planning and implementation strategy
- Evaluating operational and supplier models
Phase 2 – Build & Implementation (Approx. 3+ Months)
Following approval of the feasibility study, you’ll take the lead on bringing the vision to life by:
- Building an in-house Travel Management Company from the ground up
- Leading supplier RFP and contract negotiations
- Hiring and structuring key teams
- Designing scalable business processes and SOPs
- Driving operational setup and delivery
- Managing implementation across technology, suppliers and operations
About You
You’ll be a strategic, commercially astute travel leader with:
- Extensive experience within business travel and TMC environments
- Strong understanding of travel operations, supplier agreements and travel technology
- Proven project leadership and change management experience
- Excellent commercial modelling and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced consultant or senior travel leader looking to deliver a high-impact transformation project within a global organisation.
