Business Development Executive required for a highly-specialist, extreme challenge operator. This small team host expeditions for intrepid individuals who want to experience raw adventure and replicate feats conquered by record-breaking explorers. Circa 40K plus bonus structure. London Office, (company are flexible on office : home-working ratio, most of the team work from the office a few days per week)
Business Development Executive Role Overview :
- Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Development to uncover and develop fresh commercial leads.
- Address queries from potential clients that arise through the company’s digital presence, subscriber community, physical retail location, and strategic collaborators.
- Beyond managing inbound interest, actively seek to cultivate new client relationships and boost revenue.
- Deliver outstanding service standards while consistently aiming to surpass expectations at every stage of the customer’s interaction.
- Offer guidance and support to clients as they navigate their highly-personalised experience.
- Consistently relay insights, including client feedback and operational concerns, to the product and operational team for continued improvement.
Business Development Executive Skills and Experience required:
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying and securing commercial opportunities.
- A deep enthusiasm for cultivating relationships and driving sales.
- Excellent communication capabilities, both oral and written, with a strong presence in client interactions.
- Background in high-end hospitality, premium travel services, or experience-led sales environments.
- Skilled in managing time effectively, delivering under pressure, and achieving results within demanding deadlines.
- Takes initiative and confidently leads individual projects.
- Adept at juggling priorities and coordinating multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting.
- Comfortable working solo and engaging collaboratively within a wider team.
- Embraces change and adapts quickly to shifting business demands in a scaling organisation.
- Meticulously organised, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Maintains precision while working efficiently.
- Shares a genuine passion for adventure, outdoor pursuits, and experiential travel.
