Operations Executive - Required for this exciting, experience-focussed travel company. They are looking for 2 Operations Executives to join their busy Operations team. Salary 26/27.5k plus bonus and great benefits. Travel industry experience would be ideal, but they are very open to people looking to step into travel, as long as they have office-work experience and are super efficient, organised and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.

Operations Executive Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and confirm all land arrangements for multiple tailor-made journeys, working with over 100 ground suppliers, tour guides, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of itineraries
  • Arrange required services within agreed budgets, manage itinerary updates, and price any changes accurately
  • Oversee each trip to ensure a high-quality client experience, prepare detailed documentation, and capture feedback to support ongoing improvements while meeting annual performance targets
  • Maintain responsibility for financial accuracy, including managing costs, margins, and timely system updates
  • Monitor payments, produce client and commission statements, and assist with resolving invoice queries when needed
  • Uphold high service standards by anticipating potential issues, addressing them proactively, and supporting effective resolution of any concerns
  • Complete general administrative tasks, assist with projects as required, participate in occasional work-related travel, and take part in an on-call rota after training



Operations Executive Experience and Skills required
-Travel industry experience would be a bonus, but they are very open to individuals looking to move into the travel industry
-You must be organised, approachable, strong written and spoken communication skills, strong multi-tasker, outlook teams and excel  knowledge, a real passion for travel, strong attention to detail

Additional information
-Salary between 26/27.5k, plus up to 3k bonus, extra money for handling the emergency phone (3 weeks per year) plus great benefits including 25 days holidays, pension and many more 
-Office based Monday to Friday 9am and 5.30pm, option to work from home 1 day per week
- Excellent training programme, first 3 months
