Performance Marketing Executive – Travel Sector

Performance Marketing Executive – Role & Responsibilities:
As Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll take ownership of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, driving traffic, conversions, and ROI. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring SEO best practices are implemented across digital content and web infrastructure to support long-term organic growth.
- Planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other platforms
 - Managing campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
 - Writing and testing ad copy, headlines, and creative assets to improve CTR and conversion rates
 - Creating and managing landing pages, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives
 - Conducting A/B testing and performance analysis to refine campaign effectiveness
 - Monitoring KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates using tools like GA4 and Meta Insights
 - Ensuring SEO best practices are applied across web content and landing pages
 - Performing technical SEO audits and collaborating with developers to implement fixes
 - Producing weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
 - Staying up to date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
 
Performance Marketing Executive – Skills & Experience Required:
We’re looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with creative execution and thrives in a results-oriented environment.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally within travel, leisure or e-commerce (minimum of 3 years experience)
 - Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and performance tracking tools
 - Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience conducting technical audits
 - Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
 - Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
 - Experience with landing page optimisation and A/B testing
 - A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
