Business travel consultant - Out of hours required for this global TMC. The role is based on a 30 hour working week, 3 evenings, start at 5.30pm and finish latest at 12.30am and one Saturday or Sunday per week, 8 shift, can start as early as 7am and finish up to 11pm. Salary £30,000 plus bonus and benefits. Business travel experience is a must, ideally sabre knowledge
Business travel consultants duties
-Assisting with all aspects of travel ranging from Flights, hotels, car hire and rail, making new bookings as well as assisting with changes and cancellations on existing bookings. Using sabre
-Assisting with emergency actions and contingency planning
-Enure all KpiS and SLAs are met
-Providing a high level of customer service by phone and email
Business travel consultant skills required
-Business travel consultant experience is a must
-Ideally sabre trained but they are open to cross training
-Able to work the hours mentioned
-Ability to turn around fare calculations and ticket reissues quickly
